We thank all the applicants for their attention to our journal. There are tens of applications from many members of the scientific community. The editorship call is closed for the time being. The board will evaluate the applications and the successful applicants will be new members of the RESM team. The unselected applicants still have chance to join the team. The received applications are recorded and will be contacted in the future for change in the staff or for further expansions in the journal members.
Closed Editor Call Announcement
Our journal, which aims to be a significant
part of the scientific community in its related areas, seeks for new team
members in the editor position. The successful candidate(s) will perform
editorial tasks given by the editor in chief like; deciding if the new
submissions have adequate quality to initiate further editorial processes,
finding suitable reviewers, final acceptance/rejection evaluation based on
reviewer reports, etc. Also, we would like to accept our editors as a part of
the RESM family and see them as representatives to help the promotion and
advertisement of the journal.
RESM is a non-profit organization and does not charge fees to authors or readers. Thus, there is no financial remuneration available for any editorial position in our journal.
RESM does not enforce editors to publish or recommend articles to the journal, and does not ask for any financial contribution from them.
Enthusiasm is not less important than academic titles. Therefore, we would like to specify that younger and enthusiastic researchers at earlier stages of their career (after PhD) have also an important chance to be selected.
This position offers excellent experience in an academic publishing environment, as well as opportunity for greater interaction with scholars working in related research areas. In this sense editors may have the following advantages:
